Auto-pilot mailing list script needed(repost)

The script will need to have the following: -User enters 10 digit cell phone number in the box and has a drop down list after that has cell phone providers. The user selects the one they have and the script automatically adds the ending corresponding to the provider they chose. For example, if the user chose Verizon as the provider it would add ![][1] to the mailing list. -User selects a specific time (no minutes just on the top of the hour) and time zone they wish to receive the daily email. -I must be able to enter my emails for days in advance for them to automatically be sent out. -The script automatically sends out my email to all users at the time specified each day, when they signed up. -An unsubscribe needs to implemented as well so users can visit my site and unsubscribe to my mailings. -The code for the form must be easily entered into an existing layout for my site. This script basically needs to be 100% auto-pilot so I can focus on other projects. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP and in all 6.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and 2.0+ versions of Firefox
