Auto Create Products From Barcode Scan Magento

Hello. I dont know if this type of software already exists, but what i want adding into my site is as follows. My website runs from the Magento platform. When i get a delivery, i want to scan the barcode of the product. The software then either automatically creates the product on my website, by scraping the web, getting the lowest price, description, pictures, title etc etc, or if the product is already on there, it increases the stock level. Each day the software will automatically email me each day with a list of products that have either 1 or 0 in stock. I need to be able to select websites for the software not to scrape, and i also need to be able to change any of the details that i require. Please only bid on this project if you can do the work. Money will only be paid once the software is working perfectly. This must be very easy to use, and work fast and efficiently.
