Amazon Product Advertising API Browse Nodes Tool

This should be an simple project if you are familiar with using the amazon product advertising api and developing windows desktop apps. I want to create a simple desktop application that uses amazon product advertising api itemsearch operation along with browse nodes and item attributes response groups . The app shall accept an excel input file with product titles. The app shall return the breadcrumb category tree (browsenodes concatenated and formatted with ">" in between each breadcrumb), ASIN for the product used for the result, and return "yes" or "no" if its an exact match or not with the title searched for. The output file should be in excel format. One important thing with the app is that it should run flawlessly without running into any throttling issues or any other amazon api related problem. I have had mixed results with other developers on this in the past. As long as the app call rules meet these limits you shouldn't have any issues.
