Amazon MWS api : build an automated repricer

I'm important seller on Amazon SellerCentral. I have stocks on Amazon FBA, selling in all amazon european platforms. I need a repricer to be implemented on Amazon MWS api. Functional description : I need the price of my items to be regularly (hourly for ex) updated one cent lower than first price for the same item (respecting a threshold). That can be done through the MWS api, and a crontab on a linux server. I have to be able to change, at any time, for any item or set of items on eather platform : price, threshold, check/uncheck repricing function. Work ought to be done in PHP. I see the job as follows : Build a DB (from Seller central structured reports) with ASIN codes and prices, and install it on my Linux server. I have a Seller central account with all MWS API keys. You should write a script that will update Amazon through MWS API, which will run periodically using crontab (on server). The script will query the DB and create a stock/price tab delimited feed file to upload to Amazon. Script will connect MWS API and upload the feed file to there from server periodically. I'll (personally) maintain price threshold as a column in DB. Price can then be updated on that basis. Please ask any question. Hardcore programers only, and experienced with MWS (and SOAP related technologies). More development is be needed, if that one is sketched up properly.
