Add new features to Drupal Ubercart module

Hi, I have implemented a Drupal based website. I need 3 features to be added to the Ubercart module that does the followings: * Set minimum order per product * Certain % discount on total cost for orders over the minimum order. * Following purchase of the minimum order, product may be bought in half or whole order amounts. e.g. if the minimum order is 12 candies then a customer may purchase 12, 18, 24, 36 etc. Or if the minimum order is 1 candies then a customer may purchase 1.5, 2, 2.5 3 etc. Thanks ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this project does not have complete details.
