AMember Modifications (PHP / SQL)(repost)

Hello all and thanks for looking. This project needs strong PHP skills. The billing platform/customer information center that is used is AMember, it may be in your best interest to check this package out before you bid. This software package is used for memberships. Giving customers access to a service from a date A to date [login to view URL] customer can also log into his profile on the site and view these details. One of my websites will be offering set amounts of bandwidth. These are referred to as Usenet Block Accounts. So for our purpose, a customer would come to my site and choose for example, a 100 GB block account which will give them 100 gigs of bandwidth, not expiring..so the membership function is of no use in this context. What I need, is to have you alter the AMember script to handle these GB values. An off-site system grabs these values out of the AMember database (the off-site system is already in place and ready to accept values, so no need to worry here), with these values that it gets, it allows customers to log on and such and tracks usage. In addition to this, the off site system is also going to report back to my server just how much bandwidth has been used by each customer. It will put these values into a simple database. The report will be something along the lines of listing each username and then bandwidth used. This will get sent over every 5-10 minutes. For this step, I would need you to create just a simple database and set it up to receive and store the values..then once 10 minutes has passed, and the new report has been sent...it would need to purge the old values and replace them with the new values. In addition to this, the end customer would like to see just how much he has used..so I would need you to somehow take the values and put the appropriate value in that customers profile on my site so when he logs in, he will see it displayed for his account, and know how much was used by him. I also need to see this in my administrator area. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
