Custom Opencart Subscription Module

We need the ability to sell subscription based products from our opencart website. We have an existing opencart website that has already been themed. What we need now is: 1. The ability to tag the product with a “subscription” tag when adding it via the opencart admin panel. 2. Add a disclaimer and modify how the price displays in the product page, listing and grid view. 3. Add an extra disclaimer to the checkout process regarding recurring payments. 4. Grab a serial key from a custom key system we’re building and send an email with the key to the customer when the transaction has been completed. 5. Restrict access to a few specific pages of the site. 6. Implement an USA ePay Module to interface with our gateway. The module can be found here: [login to view URL] When a subscription based product is purchased we need to be sure to initiate an automatic recurring payment with USA ePay. 7. Implement a script that grabs licensing information from a particular server. We have the script and instructions on how to install it. Access to this page needs to be restricted as well... only subscribers to the product should be able to see it. If anyone knows of a better solution that I have not been able to find I would love to hear about it. I hate reinventing wheels.
