Banners, Bugfix and Social Bookmarks

In an existing installation ([login to view URL]) after installation of an template the problem appeared that after entering data (as a sample after confessing) the next page did not appear but the page remains just white (this is not part of the original script but some mistake of the person who installed the script it appears.) To fix this is the first point. Additionally I need 3 banners 468x60 (animated gifs) for this page following my wishes (with german Text which will be provided) Third is that I would like to integrate an functionality to Submit the page to Social Bookmarks. This has to support in minimum the 15 best known Socual Bookmaring plattforms like [login to view URL], google, yahoo, furl, simpy, spurl, mister wong and others... The whole thing has to be done directly on the installation without loosing content in the database (confessions). You will get for this cpanel, ftp and admin access to the script. Please bid only if you may do ALL three parts and will do it within the time you offer. Thank you
