Asterisk Programmer needed

We are looking for a programmer to integrate our existing Asterisk system with a web-based console. We want agents to be able to associate inbound calls with customers in our existing MySQL database using a web interface. Inbound calls will be recorded and automatically posted into our customer tracking system. Customers will be able to enter their CustomerID using the phone keypad and have the call tagged with their profile before it arrives at an agent. When an incoming call arrives to an agent, a browser window will open with the Customer profile loaded. We are open to any solution that will meet our requirements.
