data & email Mining/Extractor

We need a script or online tool (scraper/data miner) that extracts the Title and email address from certain ads displayed on specific categories at **[login to view URL]** for the specified region. **For example:** We enter in a blank the **keyword** the ad must contain in order to extract the title and email address. We enter in a drop-down box which **region** we want the script to look for relevant ads. We select from a drop-down box which **category** we want to extract the information from. We select from a drop-down how many pages forward the script must look for relevant ads. We press a "**submit"** button and the script will extract the title of the ad and the "Reply to" email address displayed in each ad. When process is finished, export to an excel file in the local server. The title must be saved in a column, followed by the email address (Reply to) in another column beside it. The script can be made in PHP language, OR the worker can advice on which language it would use for better results. ## Deliverables The script should not spam [login to view URL] with too many requests because this could result in IP ban. It should include an anti-spamming time frame.
