Changes to iRealtySolution real estate listings software

I purchased iRealtySolution real estate listings software and need to customize it according to my requirements. Below are the details: LOGO DESIGN: - I would need selected coder to design my site logo - I would need finalized logo in photoshop PSD format with all the layers in proper format. SITE DESIGN: - I like the colors used in [login to view URL] and site layout similar to [login to view URL] - The selected worker will need to provide me three design concepts to choose one. SITE CUSTOMIZATION: a) Home Page: ------------------ - Just like Find Homes function in [login to view URL], I need it at my home page. - Under the search function a scroller scrolling properties, similar to [login to view URL] b) Real Estate Agents Feature (Business Model): ------------------------------------------------- Below is the important and tricky part of site - The site has a real estate agents registration form where agents can register with the site. - I need a form at home page. That form based on zip code should be automatically sent to Neil. Because Neil is paying me $300 a month for the exclusive right to get all leads in the Philadelphia County area. Joe is paying me $300 a month to get all leads in the Delaware County area etc... ***(more info given below)*** ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform Instead of writting more details which may be hard to digest, I found a reference website using the same iRealtySolution software and have functionality I need.
