Developing a mobile app (Android, IOS) & corresponding website as a vertical microblog and social network   The project is a simple microblog social network service for a vertical field. The functional design is ready in a very detailed manner.   You will be liaising with our technical project manager to deliver our requirements in the exact deadlines as will be agreed on.   Your Responsibilities:   - Produce a technical analysis of requirements 
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
 - Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements for Android, IOS and website. 
- Report regularly regarding progress and liaise directly with our Technical PM to ensure the project is always progressing in perfect alignment with our requirements.    Your Qualifications:   - A work style that is extremely detail oriented, yet fast and COST EFFICIENT
- A track record of developing Apps and website that have functionalities similar to those detailed in our requirements below
- References or an established reputation preferred, along with examples of apps developed   Job Description: We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled team of IOS/Android and PHP/Ruby and Rails web developers to produce a WORLD CLASS app and web design and functionality.

The successful provider will be a company or freelancer who can provide a fast, efficient, COST EFFECTIVE result - preferably exceeding our expectations.

The exact nature of the App and website will be disclosed to the selected provider under strict NDA terms due to the unique market positioning of our App functionalities.   For the purpose of bidding, the app will encompass the following requirements :
- High Quality Design - must be capable of delivering a clean yet enjoyable UI.  
- PHP / Ruby and Rails development skills  
- Native iOS and Android development skills.
 - Synchronizing the user account between the website and the mobile app.
- Put in consideration the need for using an XML life data in a later stage as input for this Microblog. - Upload and Install the APP and the website in any selected mobile & Web hosting companies   We are looking for a company with which we can establish a long term, ongoing relationship to build and support this App as well as a several other projects.
