A few websites from ground up ...

I have a few domains that I want to develop into "Adsense Optimised Websites" where my Content has also to be Optimised for Affiliate Links .... I probaly will need Content too but that comes later ... I am trying to Monetize Some Domain Names which are Parked .... so SEO Optimised, no duplicate Content so NO TEMPLATE Solutions ... I will add my Adsense Code and Other "Monetisation Codes" from Affiliate Networks thru Content or Text Links etc. ... Very small 3 to 4 page websites, Optimised for suggested Keywords and instructions to keep everything FRESH and add additional pages if and when needed. Number of Websites depends on Price Quoted per website and the Performance of the Fist One ... I need also the capability to collect data ( Names and e-mails) and if needed future activation of selling of e-book(s) thru a Sales Page ... Sales Page to remain blank for now .... just when needed I can activate it and write a Sales Page .... ## Deliverables I need it fast ... very fast
