customized Wordpress site

I need a theme for a mortgage website. I'm seeking a designer/developer that is very familiar with designing WordPress themes. I will be using WordPress as the CMS for the site but will also have a blog section on the site also powered with the same WordPress installation. The theme needs to be ready for SEO and I will be using plugins for the site. The theme needs to be widget ready as well. I currently have an HTML site which I want to move to Wordpress. The original site is www.midtowncapital.ca. I am open to ideas as well.? You must have examples of your blog work in WordPress. You can include web design examples as well. Bottom line is I need a site I can edit on the fly and blog from and must be social media friendly. Speed is of the essence.
