Database scheduled field modification app

We need an application which can open .dbf files and, upon entering a value (row) for its first column, lets the user 'delete' the entire row or 'edit' the value of one or various of its fields. That change has to be saved, and then give the user the option for the change to be repeated periodically based on user input; for as long as selected. ## Deliverables Dbf files will be located on a local network, so the software has to be able to work with them remotely over a network share. It needs to be able to store multiple scheduled modifications/deletes, as well as viewing/editing them.
