Data Extraction

I want a web page that can take search criteria from the user and pull the data from another site using same parameters and present the results on my site. Let me know your suggestions how it can be done. I want that the data be shown on my site. I want a search page like one shown on motohound.co.nz. I will like to show the categories too, listed there on left side. Regarding functionality i have 2 approaches in mind. First approach is that you extract all that i require from the motohound site and store it in the database and it be searchable from interface provided on my site presented in a totally different manner. Second approach is skip the storage in database and just extract the data when the search is made on my site and present the extracted data in custom manner on my site. I will like following to be extracted from search results of Motohound. Reference No,Description, Kms run, Description, Price, Location and all other details available in Vehicle Specifications. Also i will like to show all the vehicle pictures as well. If storing the extracted data in database it should not be repeated while extracting results i.e. Results stored once should not be stored again next time i extract the data. There will be couple of extra modifications as well but those will only be related to presentation of the data.
