Create small API for my web app and use the API in a predeveloped Widget to communicate with the web app

I have a web app in development that has time tracking and time sheets as part of it. This section of the web app is already developed. I also have a time tracking widget built on the Abode Air platform. Right now it functions with dummy data fine. I will need you to develop an API for the web app that allows the widget to communicate with it and push and pull data from the web app. I would like the API to be written using **REST** and NOT Soap or XML-RPC. This will need to be built using PHP as well. ## Deliverables The API will need to do the following: Allow the widget to.... - Authenticate the user - Grab the projects the user is assigned to - Grab all tasks assigned to the projects they are assigned to - Grab the total amount of time already logged against a task - Take time logged in the widget and push it to the web app - Take a description of the time sheet and push it along with the above time Please let me know what info you need to accurately estimate this job. Please note: If you do a good job, this could leave to developing the FULL api for the web app along with an API for another app we are developing. You will need to do a PHP and REST API.
