Create WordPress Theme And Custom Coding(repost)

**Please see the attached ZIP file containing a PDF of detailed project requirements and sample screenshots.** The following is an overview: I need a WordPress 2.7 theme developed from my Photoshop designs and some custom WordPress coding/setup. Objectives are to setup one WordPress installation, but modify WordPress so that different web directories display different versions of the website. For example, [login to view URL] would show version 1 of the website, while [login to view URL] would show version 2 of the website. Each version of the website will display a different background image and content, and generate an XML sitemap and RSS Feed for that specific directory/version of the site. The selected coder will be provided with Photoshop files to create the WordPress templates from.
