Convert Joomba Extention to E107 Plug-In(repost)(repost)

Very simple project. I tried to do it, but I am not very experienced in writing code very well. Im looking to convert and existing Joomba CMS Extention for use with the e107 CMS as a Plug-In. The Joomba Extension is called DT Register under the Resevations area of the Extentions. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to helping educate others. Also, I think this plug-in does it however, maybe it can ask questions like a Application while registering someone for the event. Looking for it to be able to accept payments with Paypal. Hopefully this is a good description. I can answer more questions for those interested in helping me.
