Conference Room Booking System

I am currently looking for developer to build Conference Room Booking System, the developer need to have open mind and foresee things as he would have been the user. I have attached detailed description with full specification of what is required for this project. In the attached word documents you will find the overview, objective and design of the system. The coder that I will choose will need to be flexible and work with me if changes are needed and or modification to the original design. My idea is to stay as close as possible to the description but I do understand that some things might need to change. The preferred design would be in PHP or ASP so that everyone could access it online from our intranet. The system is simple and for experienced programmer it would probably take 3 days… however since this is no rush to me,? please write the amount of days / weeks this project will take you. ?
