CMS for Betting Related Sites

I need a Content Management System that will be built with my specifications, and used on more than one site. Once the first one is done, I would require a blank CMS to be uploaded to new sites etc.... I would prefer it if logo design was included, but I can get this done separate if not your speciality. What do I want most of all? To be able to contact you, and get quick replies, and quick fixes to problems - ideally same day or next at latest with any issues. I also have other projects I would want you to possibly work on. It all depends on how we progress. First of all, though I need a CMS and can give you a user/pass to login to something very similar to what I want, so you have a good overview.
