CMS Design Needed (No Functionality Required)

Our company is a web development company that builds custom CMS's for our clients. We are looking for a new look and design for the CMS's. Look must be clean, match our current color scheme of company promptinternet(dotcom) and include these looks: -nice shines to buttons -great shadowing -modern, sleek design to match the ease of use of our systems. Screenshots of current cms are attached. cms1 is intro page, cms2 is when you log in (MUST HAVE GOOD DESIGN CONCEPT FOR OUR NAVIGATION ALONG THE TOP WHICH IS A DROP DOWN MENU), and cms3 is a typical CMS page for adding blogs entries. PLEASE NOTE!!!!: You can watermark your design or concept but artists who offer a sample or look of what they suggest will get much higher consideration. Thank you.
