Automatic Thumbnail generator(repost)(repost)

I have a website that uses this script: [login to view URL] As you can see when a user wants to upload an embedded video they must create their own jpg thumbnail first. I want this script to automatically create a thumbnail just as you would see on pornhub.com. When you hold the cursor over the video choice on [login to view URL] it actually has 15 thumbnails its goes through showing you frames of the video content. I want my site to work the same way, creating these thumbnails automatically from the embedding code. I also want it to be able to automatically be able to detect video length, as currently all of my embedded videos say 0mins and 0 seconds. Also I want my website logo to appear in the bottom right side of each video. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for your time.
