Autogenerated landing pages creation within existing CMS plus website improvements

We have an existing website. There are two tasks that require doing: 1. Replacement of existing landing pages - we have a CMS that auto-generates these. There are changes to be made in line with our SEO team's recommendation. The new landing pages will also autogenerate and will search the site for content relevant to that landing page. Eg if the landing page was "/divorce" there would be a search for all articles etc relevant to that which would be shown on the landing page. I can explain in more detail to the successful bidder. 2. General site improvement. Including: - some layout changes to the homepage - adding drop down functionality and renaming parts of the menu-bar - creation of some new sub-pages We would like to develop a long-term "webmaster" relationship with the person undertaking this work and so would welcome bids from larger "teams" of coders who could assist us on a reliable, regular and (occasionally) urgent basis with future RAC projects.
