After Effects Plugin

I need to create a plugin for Adobe Aftereffects that can take in a 2D or 3D lut file and transform the color of an image based on an external 2D or 3D lut. I would like to be able to use multiple formats such as Pandora, LUTher, Flame, etc. which I can describe in detail. I do not want to use the built in ICC profiles or colorspace, I just want to have a text file that is a 2D or 3D lut and be able to use this on the raw image data.
