Adwords, Yahoo Ads & MSN Adcenter Custom Conversion Tracking Code(repost)

I am looking for a custom code to allow others who promote my website to be able to track their conversions without me having to place their tracking code on my web conversions pages. They would simply be able to add a variable to their affiliate link, using "g=", "y=" and "m=" for the google, yahoo & msn code to work.
