cgi harvester and verifier application

We have 2 CGI-based scripts -- (an email harvester and a cgi-based email verification script) We will provide ZIPS to serious bidders. What we need is: 1.) HARVESTER We need to pick up some of the functionality of Advanced Email Extractor (competitor product) [login to view URL] Give me your price to add the following features to the harvester: Add the ability for the user to choose which search engines they which to harvest (via radio buttons)- Here is a list of search engines we should consider including: - Yahoo - Excite - Northern Light - Google - Aesop - Alta Vista - Lycos - Hot Bot - Dogpile - Netscape - MSN - AOL search You can download the trial version of AEE PRO, in order to see a complete list of search engines they use) B.) Also, we need to allow the user to search by keyword (and limit the number of search results they retrieve)-- this way they are able to retrieve more messages -- 2.) VERIFIER: A. We need much faster speeds (per hour) then we are currently getting (on our dedicated RaQ3 128 mb machine) We think variable threads need to be added in order to accomplish this. B. We need better Real Times Statistics from the server -- (reporting on output per hour, total # verified, total remaining) C. POTENTIAL BUG ? Not sure -- be we have reports that sometimes large lists report as "unverified" -- We are unsure if this is because there should be a few more categories the emails should "bucket into" like (mailbox full, etc) -- We need good beta-testing -- (benchmarking) on our RaQ3 128 dedicated server -- you can use our server for development and testing -- but for sure we will want the final installation to be on our server... OUR SERVER is what counts -- not testing on the development server.
