Browser based file uploader

I need a web page that uses some sort of script to allow a user to browse their pc and upload a file to a web server. I already have that part - but the necessary piece would be to somehow give the user the ability to rename his file before uploading. The renamed file must only be in 8.3 and no spaces. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
