Adds Context Sensitive

We are looking to create a context sensitive add words script similar to Google Adwords . Have you done a advertisement script where by advertiser prepays certain funds to advertise a banner or a text link or pop under or popup on a website or pay per click search engine . And these adds are displayed base on the content of the website or the search results of the pages so the display of adds is context sensitive to the contents on the website and based on the funds they have depositied their banner add or text link or pop up add or pop under add shows and basically it would be a rotating single user id or else an affiliate id under the banner add or it could also be under a text link a rotating affiliate id or a pop under banner or pop up banner rotating affiliate id link so that the affiliate ids get hits or clicks based on the funds deposited , and their add stops showing or their add is no more rotated once the funds are over.
