Cron Automated purchaser & captcha feature

We need a spinner program that works w/ CRON, it should search for tickets on [login to view URL] auto complete the buyer information, recognizing captcha, and complete the ticket sale. We want this program to have parameters that we can define in a db table, such as number of tickets wanted, when to buy tickets according to section and row. Multiple threads, db stores buyer info and purchase results. I have the tables built to store all information needed make purchase, just need the cron task, auto form handler, captcha bypass, and db insert on completion.
