We would like a programmer that preferably has had some experience with Amazon Web Services and are familiar with the [login to view URL] Marketplace. We are pro merchant sellers currently selling items via [login to view URL] marketplace. We have already written a simple php/mysql program to automate order processing and customer management. However, this code needs refinement due to changes in the way Amazon will notify us about orders. Due to a busy period, we are unable to develop this ourselves and require someone that is more proficient and familiar with [login to view URL] and Amazon's API/Web Services. Our current approach is to extract relevant information from the "Sold Dispatch Now" E-mails we receive from Amazon. With this, we send customer dispatch e-mails, generate customer invoices, print address labels and store all information in a mysql database. Since Amazon will be changing the structure of the e-mails, we will no longer be able to retrieve information about the buyer, such as the buyer e-mail or shipping address. We would like a more robust, bug-free Web 2.0 solution using Amazon's API to extract the information of an order from Amazon's server's directly. We are looking for the following features : Order Fulfillment Features: Generate and download order reports automatically displaying all new orders in a web page with order numbers, and other relevant information. Use these reports to create customer invoices, print address labels and send shipping confirmation to customers via smtp e-mail. Inventory Features: Mirror Amazon's Inventory on our Mysql Database and automatically update when changes occur on Amazon's Database. Customer Management Features: All customer data retained Send customised emails in bulk after the sale Create custom emails and documents for customers Easily locate orders with only partial information Locate multiple orders from the same customer
