Now here is the thing. I have some tutorial videos that I have made but I want to package them in the form of an app on desktop, web and mobile. The app will have subjects that the user can browse for topics and click on topics to watch the [login to view URL] the normal stuff with watching a video will be there things like play next video, go back, back to main menu, back to topics of next topic stuff like that. The used can take practice quiz on each topic and then some kind of reporting to keep track of user performance statistics (charts : bar chart,pie chart etc). for the offline desktop app this could be done by a local database like SQLite. Also note that when u build the app you should do an admin side along for me to populate the database with the videos. I can recompile everything again after I finish with the videos or you can do it in such a way that once I upload it from my PC the videos go into some kind of resource folder. The thing is I just want that the tool is ready and all I will need to do is to just be adding my videos. Thanks.
I have selected some programming languages here but they are just as a guide, the developer can use what they prefer. For example on the mobile platform one can think of a cross platform framework that can run on all mobile devices. For the web any comfortable language. For the desktop C sharp and WPF for me seems cool for a great user experience
