Backend - price compare script

I need a easy to use PHP/ajax script that can read other shops product store there prices and compere them whit my. minimum 5 other shops that i has 2000 different [login to view URL] i like to se I must be able to see what shop has what price. i also need to get warnings by email that they have lower the prices etc. Becouse some product has different name when making the machting i must be able to easy correct some if they not are the same. "drag and drop" even many at one time. I Also need statistics etc.
