adding adsense banners to unique areas on a script

I am looking to use this script for ecards [login to view URL] as you can see they only offer the adsense banner at the header and footer of the site. I am looking to add some more adsense banners but I don't want to mess it up by trying it myself. Square banner to replace the "poll" and then ad a long banner above and below each card.
