Database Migration-Import/Export Script

Dear community , I run a bitorrent tracker with a database on MySQL .I am interested in transfering my current tables in a new fresh [login to view URL] new database structure is about 80% similar to the old one i am using now. I can provide you with table structure of both databases and i can designate which tables need transferring from the old to the new one. I will need data collation transformation .Current database collation is latin1_general_ci, the data contained are in [login to view URL] resulting database needs to be in utf-8 with greek data preserved. Due to the sensitivity of the data i will only provide you with a few datalines for each table. I will need you to create a PHP Script where i will put variables (hostname,dbuser,dbname_old,dbname_new,user_password) and it will convert the database tables from dbname_old to dbname_new . I will need to have the script for me in order to run it in my own time.
