Create Subdomains on the fly with .htaccess

Hi guys! I need someone able to create subdomains on the fly with .htaccess. We did that already and worked just fine until yesterday when we deleted the *.[login to view URL] subdomain. I added it again but now it doesn`t work anymore. We didn`t change the .htaccess so I guess the problem is from the CPanel... So just to be clear....we have all the website files, php, htaccess. I just forgot how I did the CPanel settings and I need someone to do them for me. Thanks, Mihai O.
