Company Backend Social Website PHP+MYSQL Long-Term

I’d like to find long-term php programmer for our company website development. The website is straight-forward, basically it has couple of tables including project, user, friend, role, notification, picture, comment. The good news is that majority of the database and front-end is DONE. We need you to be able to extend this existing development to finish the project. We have five PHP programmers currently, so we don't need you to be expert php, but at least OK that you can have enough time to develop the project, ex. more than 10 hours a week. To see if you're qualified, sorry to bring this up, but please demo me with a PHP page that you did in the past which looks similar to the functionalities of the attached picture. Basically you need to be able to edit/add/delete record of a complete table, since all we do is back-end development. Chinese is a bonus, since we can chat natively, and you might fit in the group quicker. Thank you.
