Pls dont award before discussing You have the web portals developed based on CakePhp framework. The websites uses multiple Apps. You want us to modify the MySQL database that should adhere to the strict naming convention synchronized with the models used. If table exist without the a singular primary key (of course except for the HABTM tables) we have to resolve those eliminating use composite primary keys. We might occasionally require using Inflector. We presume in such a the big projects as yours, there might have scripts that did not follow Cacke's convention. Therefore we might have to implement/rewrite those with proper MVC pattern that cake follows. We understand there will be code those have not followed OOPs. We also have to implement those in OOPs way. We are comfortable with agile development for frequent delivery cycle and making late changes keeping in touch with the client on daily basis even provide daily updates. We are group of motivated individuals with self-organizing teams who are habituated of adaptation to changing circumstances and whom you can always trust. I've been following the framework's development since the 1.2 branch (ancient now :D) so it's safe to say I'm pretty intimate on how the framework works both user-space and core.
