CSS styling and PHP coding in WP

I have a project, that needs finishing touch in styling some elements. The styling includes a page template based on the defaults in the theme, but has to show a post without date, authour etc. There is made some costum post types with the plugin TWC Toolset by OnTheGo Systems ([login to view URL]), and there is some views of the content, that needs to be done as well. I would like a price on the things specified in the attached document, and after that we can define a price for handling users and custom posts as well.
