Build a advanced custom GPT script

Hello, I need a custom GPT script which is only for me. GPT means Get Paid To... It can be by completing surveys, by shopping online and so on. Below a list of requirements: Homepage -Login form (on the right or left side) -Register/sign-up button -Menu with multiple links: - Home - About us - News - F.A.Q. - Payout proof - Statistics - Contact us - Terms and conditions - Privacy - Place for some content text Sign-up page To register people needs to fill in the following: - Name - Username - E-mail - Password - PayPal address - Captcha (just for security) Contact us page The contact page needs to contain a contactform with the following fields: -Name (required) -Username (optional) -E-mail (required) -Message (required) -Captcha (required) About us and news, and some part of the homepage The text on the "about us" page needs to be easy to manage, preferably by means of a content management option. Also the text area on the frontpage needs to have this kind of option. And the news page as well. F.A.Q (page) - The F.A.Q. needs to have a search option so that visitors can search their question. - The F.A.Q. needs to be connected with the admin area so that i can add, remove and edit questions/answers. Payout proof page - This page needs to contain the last 50 payouts, the payouts needs to add automatically after the admin marks a cashout request as paid (from the admin area) Statistics - This page needs to be visible for every visitor. - The page needs to display the number of members that the site has. - The page needs to display the amount of money that's been paid yet. - The page needs to display the amount of money that's been earned yet. - The page needs to display how long the site is online (in days). Terms and conditions and privacy page - The text needs to be added via the admin panel. Member area The member area needs to contain alot of features, the features are split in two to make it some easier for the scripter :-) 1: the basic member area part - Members profile, this needs to contain the following features: - Username - (Earned) balance - Avatar - Edit profile - Delete account (this needs to be secured with at least a captcha) - Dashboard (the main page of the member area) The dashboard needs to give a total overview of the earning features, the user his/her balance and so on. - Users forum A forum would be nice for the members to communicate with each other. The forum needs to be connected with the user profiles. - Request payout (page) - This page needs to contain a form where members can fill in the amount they want to cashout, there needs to be a "request payout" button after the amount field. - The requests needs to be stored in the admin area in a payout page which is only available for admins. This page needs to offer the feature to perform the payouts by admins. The earning features: -Paid to Promote -Paid to Sign-up -Paid to click links -Paid to Lead -Referralsystem -Paid to autosurf -Paid to read mails Admin area - It must be that the whole site can be edit via the admin panel. - The admins can ban members - The admins can make other members, admin. - All the earning features can be edited via the admin panel, especially the compensation that the members get. - The admin can perform payout requests - The admin can cancel, disapprove payout requests. - The admin is able to approve or disapprove "paid to sign-up" sign-ups. - The admin area needs to have complete statistics about the whole site. - And so on.
