A2Billing Major improvements to billing

I am very familiar with A2Billing and have been using is successfully for quite a while. It is now time to vastly improve the billing aspect of A2billing. I need all of the following changes done: 1) Collect and store credit card information securely. This allows for future automatic payments (For both recurring monthly charges and automatic balance top-up) 2) Integration with both [login to view URL] and Stripe payment gateways. Using CIM with [login to view URL] and Stripes credit card storage API, we will store all customers credit cards on both systems. We will first attempt to charge the primary system with lower rate ([login to view URL]) and will failover to using Stripe if [login to view URL] fails 3) Fraud protection. Every new payment we need to be able to do a fraud check. This will check users IP address and other pertitnent details against MaxMind Fraud detection API. If customer is not verified, our admins will use Fraud Check to see fraud score and then approve or decline the pending credit card payment based on results of fraud check. User can be "Verified" in a2billing to allow for payments to be processed automatically in the future (no wait for admin to "approve", it will auto-process on payment creation if user is verified) 4) Simple settings for auto top-up. User can only enter "Auto-reload amount". When a users balance is below the "Auto-reload amount", we will make auto payment for the "Auto-reload amount". If user enters $50, as soon as credit drops below $50, we do a $50 payment. 5) Stored credit card payment for recurring subcriptions I do not need a very nice graphical design as I will be integrating a2billing within my other platforms. Just need above functionality built into a custom customer panel just to see that it works, and from there I will custom manage the database from my other applications.
