Additional functionalties to website and app

I have the app and website done but looking for a freelancer to build on the website a teacher functionality that allows them to see their class and how their students are progressing on it, i.e. each individual student statistics; common words that the students get wrong; most used difficulty etc. And on the website can the student logon and share there wordbank with friends. also the ability to use the app offline, and the ability for users to upload their own words or sets.
