Custom Magento PDF Invoice

Creating a PDF invoice is a core function in Magento. It is also possible to define custom content for each payment method. Your work: You have to modify the content for one payment method by adding some custom fields. The invoice has to fit in a defined form which will be on the first page. On next pages there is a detailed product listing from the order. This listing is already implemented on default PDF invoice. The custom fields has to fit exactly on the preprinted form. So you have to provide a configuration file, or a menu in magento backend, for defining absolut positions (in mm or pixels) for each custom field. The values for the custom fields are all stored in magento DB (order data). We have a development server for testing purposes, so you don't have to test on live server.
