Create Magento Price by Quantity Break Extension

!! You should have strong Magento experience before bidding on this project, including extension development. You must be able to provide examples of work you have completed on Magento systems !! We require an extension to be developed to allow a product to be configured with multiple quantity breaks. These are presented to the user as an option to select (like a configurable product would display). For example, a product may be created and needs to be sold by weight. The inventory and the price of the product is in grams. The following quantity breaks may be available: - 100 grams (100 units of inventory) - 1 kilogram (1000 units of inventory) - 5 kilograms (5000 units of inventory) The user can then select on of the units, and enter the quanity of those units to buy. ie they will select 100 grams and 2 units, or 1 kilogram and 3 units etc. The price displayed to the user on the product page should be for the option selected (ie multiply price by units of inventory required). Price tiers need to be respected when calculating the quantity break price. (ie the unit price may be different for certain quantity breaks). In the admin the order should display with the actual number of base inventory units ordered (ie 2 x 1 kilogram units as above would show as 2000 units ordered).
