Add new custom options to all items in store - Magento

We have a webshop selling wallstickers. All items share the same colors and we need to apply some additional ones that we just got in store. This means the task will be to enter these new custom options on the exisiting dropdown meny for items with attribute set: "folie". The new names/words for the additional color options will be the following: Lavendel Mint Mørk-Blå Mørk-Rød Turkis-Blå Gull Aubergin No extra/additional cost related to these options. The site is [login to view URL] and you can see for yourselves how the colors (marked in norwegian "farger") is shown on the shops different items. This should be an easy task and normally we have inhouse expertise doing this with a script made with php. However he is out sick and we really need to get these options out to our customers in a hurry. The installation is on a magento 1.3.2.4. Server is provided by [login to view URL] . Cpanel and phpmyadmin + ssh available if necessary.
