Call IT Support Website Design

i need a website designed for a new website [login to view URL], i will be providing an it support service that users will call a premium rate number and our support team will answer their queries, if they are not happy with the service we offer a money back guarantee. i want the website to be able to have an area where our support people can log details for peoples calls and also allow people to view the call details, i am open to ideas of how this might work. The website will be hosted by an isp that supports mysql. I will also need a logo designed for the website.
