create a admin & front script to exhisting site

Hi. this site is already running. The site is working now using mainly flash, which is our problem. we require parts of the site to use php as we wish to edit articles/update article pictures on a daily basis. 1. we need a basic admin, were we can upload pictures + articles to the specified space on the website front. 1.2 Once new articles have been update via admin, old articles will still be accessable for the user to select 2. we will need to now how the provider will implement this. please contact us if you are interested within this bid, and we will therfore send you the website link.
