copy attributes

We got very modified web shop with a lot of attributes, and even got attributes in categories to have search pre-defined . Problem we are facing is that if we need a new product based on copy of existing, that we not have the attributes in which was in the copied product So we need option to copy the attributes as well from existing product, and also option to copy other options which is used in this product as well.
