classfieds ad script needs improvement

I have a classifieds ad script which functions very well. But would like some additions and improvements. Would like to have a flash or ajax type image upload section with post review/edit before posting. Currently a user only needs to have their email verified to have a post published. I need this to change to a user account situation to where a user can make many posts and edits from their account manager area. Currently, a user gets an email link to verify with each seperate post they make and can only be edited through the link they are provided in that email. Need a simple, fast signup process with each user having a manage space for all ads so they can be monitored in admin area. Need new template for site for uniqueness purposes. Also need to add a search entire site for any searched item. Currently one must select there region, state, and city, then select their category to find what they are looking for. I want to add search box to search entire site for that item regardless of where that item is located and regardless of it's locality. Need seo friendly urls. After these things are completed I have much more work for the right person. Thanks and good luck
