bidding site like freelance script - Easy

I need the script and the edit to the cities section or this added! Were looking for a site similar to freelance site but a furniture industry. I need customers to be able to go by city and state. Since each listing depends on the city the customer lives in. I have seen many nice scripts for $50 each, so this is great. But what I need is someone to edit the script and add cities. By site needs to be searchable by city. When a customer first comes to the site, they need to click the city they are going to search and post from. All the scripts on the internet right now dont offer the ability to view by city. Each city in the USA needs to be on here, then the state. I think we can start with the top 200 cities, then we will need to be able to auto create any cities we need to as we go, and create pages for these instantly as we save. For example out freelance site is going to be resturant related. So if someone wants to buy a steak coupon in Las Vegas, we need to be able to find the resturants in Las Vegas.
